Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew while Africa brings citrus hints to balance. The result is a cup that can be enjoyed on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After brewing, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds have been filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Do not stir or stir  1kg coffee beans uk , as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.

Strength - 3, easy and easy to follow, perfect for relaxing at the weekend.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a smooth light roast with a sweet, citrus and cocoa scent. It has a silky mouthfeel that softens the palate. The hints of cocoa can be traced back to a winter's day spent on the sofa with a good book and a hug from the family. To brew your coffee, first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from over extracting and creating unwanted elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that is off the boil. Then, after four minutes, you can take a plunge, and enjoy.
